FROM REDRUTH DIRECTION

  • Once on the New Portreath Road, you will pass Cornwall Gold on your left.

  • Keep following the road towards Portreath until you see the small retail park on your right. There are 3 entrances, and we are the 3rd, after you have past the first entrance to Portreath Garden Machinery, and the second entrance to the Soft Play and Spartan HQ.

  • Take the third right onto the retail park signposted for Ecowagon, and Williamsons Factory Shop.

  • Once on the retail park, drive forwards towards Williamsons Factory shop, and turn right in front of their building, follow the road towards TR1 Cycles and Buzz Barbers.

  • You will see Tower House to the right of Buzz Barbers. You can park outside the building and enter through the double glass doors.

  • Life Fit Cornwall is the second door on your left as you enter the building.

FROM PORTREATH DIRECTION

  • After heading out of Portreath past the school, you will pass Bridge Garage on your right.

  • After the bend in the road and entering the 40mph zone, in approximately 300m take the left turn onto the Retail park signposted for Eco Wagon and Williamsons Factory Shop.

  • Once on the retail park, drive forwards towards Williamsons Factory shop, and turn right in front of their building, follow the road towards TR1 Cycles and Buzz Barbers.

  • You will see Tower House to the right of Buzz Barbers. You can park outside the building and enter through the double glass doors.

  • Life Fit Cornwall is the second door on your left as you enter the building.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

The number 47 bus (Camborne - Truro) stops at The Bridge Inn, approximately 2 minutes past every hour (correct at time of writing). It is then 0.4 miles (approx. 7 minute walk) to Life Fit Cornwall. PLEASE NOTE - this section of the walk involves walking on a main road with no pavement. We strongly recommend wearing high visibility clothing and avoid this at night or in poor visibility.

Take the left turn onto the Retail park signposted for Eco Wagon and Williamsons Factory Shop. Once on the retail park, turn right and walk past Ecowagon, and ahead of you, you will see Tower House to the right of Buzz Barbers. Enter through the double glass doors. Life Fit Cornwall is the second door on your left as you enter the building.

WALKING

It is also possible to take the Tramway footpath from Portreath (access via the road opposite the school) which is approximately a 30 minutes walk from the centre of Portreath. After the second gate on the footpath, take the turning down to the road, signposted for The Bridge Inn. This is as close as you can get to Life Fit Cornwall on the footpath, it is then 0.4 miles along the road. PLEASE NOTE - this section of the walk involves walking on a main road with no pavement.
