BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By booking our services you indicate your acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy and any other notices, guidelines and rules published by us.


Booking information

Standard appointment length is 60 minutes. If you desire a different appointment length please specify at the time of making your booking.


Cancellation Policy

UPDATE - TEMPORARY CANCELLATION POLICY IN PLACE DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC :

If you experience any CoVid like symptoms (including but not limited to fever, fatigue, new dry cough, difficulty breathing, sore throat or loss of smell or taste) please contact us immediately. You will not be charged our usual cancelation fee if this is less than 24 hours before your appointment.

If you have not already done so, we will ask you to contact Test & Trace.

We will then rebook your appointment 14 days after your symptoms have ceased.

This is also the case if a member of your household begins to show symptoms. This is to help us remain CoVid secure and keep you and our community safe. 

In all other cases please provide 24hrs notice if you cannot attend your appointment so other clients on our waitlist can attend. For cancellations within 24hrs of your appointment time our normal cancellation policy and charges apply (see below).

We respectfully ask that you provide at least 24-hours notice if you need to cancel or amend your appointment.

Please understand with less than 24 hours notice of cancellation we are often unable to fill your appointment time, and is an inconvenience to other clients who miss the chance to receive services they need, but also results in your therapist wasting their own time and incurring clinic hire costs regardless of no appointment.

For this reason, you will be charged 50% of the full price for the first appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, and 100% of the full price for each appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice after that.

We also reserve the right to require a credit card number to be given to book future appointments so that appropriate fees may be charged if a late cancellation does occur.

We appreciate life can throw up unforeseen circumstances and the need to cancel your appointment can often be unavoidable. We try to be as fair as possible with our cancellation policy, and late cancellation due to emergency, illness, or inclement weather will generally not result in any missed session charges, but this is determined on a case-by-case basis.

You can avoid the cancellation fees if you are able to fill your appointment slot i.e. let a friend take your appointment.

Therapist cancellations

If your therapist has to cancel your appointment, every effort will be made to give you more than 24 hours’ notice.  If this is not possible, you will be offered your treatment at your booked appointment time with an alternative therapist or if you prefer we will reschedule your appointment for an alternative date.


Late arrivals

We understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. However, appointment times are reserved for each client, and although we will do our best to accommodate you to ensure you receive your full appointment time if you are late, often we cannot exceed your reserved time without making the next client late. For this reason, arriving late for your appointment may result in loss of time from your treatment so that your session ends at the scheduled time. Full service fees will be charged even when sessions are shortened due to late arrival. In return we will do our best to be on time, and if we are unable to do so we will add time to your session to make up for our late arrival or adjust the service charge accordingly.


Payment information

Payments can be made by debit/credit card, Paypal or cash and must be made at the time of booking or at the time of your appointment.


Offers, promotions and vouchers

All offers, promotions or vouchers cannot be exchanged for any cash value. All vouchers unless otherwise dated are to be used within 1 year of their receipt or known release from the clinic to an event or promotion. Offers, promotions and vouchers are non-refundable. Offers, vouchers and promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.
